The hotel staf are very rude and hotel is very far to city and there is construction next to and aposite of the hotel you can t open the window from noise and dust

Free shuttle was wonderful and the staff, especially the drivers, were nice. Beds were comfortable.

We did not get the apartment booked !!! The apartment was to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while there was only one bathroom and one bedroom. After intervention we were added an extra room connected by a door but it was not a two room suite but two connected rooms. We asked for the apartment to be changed to one that is in line with the reservation and we received information that we had such a reservation. First of all, it was not our booking because it was two connected rooms and there were two kitchens. The total area may be 65 square meters. There were 100 square meters in the booking. Only after my long pleas that I could not have such a two-room hybrid, because I am in a wheelchair, we were promised an exceptionally (sic!)Apartment from the second day of our stay. We were asked to move out of the room the next morning and wait for a suite in the lobby. I refused and stayed in the room until the apartment was available. I feel cheated, I have a disgust, because if it weren't for my stubbornness, we would live in small, connected rooms, instead of in an apartment, paying as for an apartment. As a disabled person, I would not be able to function in rooms where I could hardly move in a wheelchair. We were not apologized for the situation, we were not refunded the price difference for the first night.
