“Kis családi utazás”

We stayed in this apartment for a few days and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, and the hosts were so warm and friendly – they really made us feel at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely organized, and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. It was a great place for our little family, and we’d love to come back someday. Thank you for everything!

Nice big appartment, big parking place, fully stocked kitchen.

Large and comfortable part of the house with separate entrance. It's nice to stay there for a long time, but we had 2 nights only. Very good equipped kitchen, large wardrobes, nice paintings, conditioning, TV, etc. It's easy to ride to Krk from there.

Lovely owners, good location

Close by to Krk which was our primary reason to stay here. Short car ride to all the great places but the price is so much better than staying on the island itself. The older couple running the place are super sweet and lovely!

“Nice host family, relaxing place”

Very nice host family, always helpful, will give you advice on where to visit, where to eat,... They often gave us fresh tomatoes, figs, grapes,.. from their garden, offered homemade prsut (prosciutto) and wine and prepared grilled fish caught in the morning by the host). We spent nice time with them. The apartment (smaller studio on the ground floor) was spacious enough for family of 3 (2 adults, 3yo child). Plenty of storage, big beds, modern kitchen (lacks some equipment if you plan to cook often: pasta strainer, can opener, and a big pot would be plus, but if you ask the host, they will lend you some). Also the apartment doesn't have washing machine, but there is a washing machine next to the grill and they will happily help. Some people complained about the apartment being "dark" - there is pergola with kiwi / grapes in front of the room, which makes it a bit darker, but on hot summer days it protects from sun and heat. We stayed for 14 days and didn't really find it too dark. Also a big plus is plenty of sockets around the apartment to charge your devices As for the beaches, we preferred not to visit the nearby beaches in Smrika / Jadranovo / Crikvenica as they were too frequented. We found a bay on Krk Island (just 10-15 minutes ride by car) next to local quarry (Uvala Peskera). Park the car next to the beach, walk for 5 min (avoid the first stripe of the pebble beach, which is ok and the water is clear, but unfortunately the beach is full of rubbish) among the rocks and you will reach cute little bays, where you have enough privacy and peace to enjoy the day. Alternatively you can drive to the other side of the hill (the road is a bit rocky) and arrive to a small peninsula with the fort Maltempo (Utvrda Maltempo). You will find 3 small bays / beaches on one side and enjoy bath with view on Krk bridge, or rocks / small cliffs.
