“Never again”
Informed that there would no breakfast. Requested 1st floor, not available. First room had ladies underwire hanging in bathroom, second room (first floor) lights over bed inoperable, no hot water. Printed receipt sent shows checked out at 12:15 p.m…. I was already in New York City at that time, I left at 8 no one at desk, drop key. Also shows pet charge..NO PET. As far as availability….my car was only one in parking lot. I might mention I was looking for facilities for 25 to 30 rooms, twice a year and told front desk upon check in and it took a dirty bathroom to get a 1sr floor room.

Room, accommodations....very good.....very comfortable bed/chairs....EXCELLENT accommodations for the price..... good locations, close to the shopping....next time we come down to Lancaster to stay overnight, Mill Stream Country Inn WILL BE on the top of the list. Enjoyable Stay!

Under renovation and parking area was rough but okay. Not a bad place just to lay your head down would not recommend for a getaway or vacation although it’s clearly under renovation Perhaps when it’s done it will be more appealing

“Nice motel for your stay.”
The motel was fairly clean and the staff was very friendly. The motel is in the process of being updated and renovated. Hopefully the facilities will be in much better shape by next summer. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Rugs need to be updated. I would stay there again.
