“Hidden gem!”
Everything was perfect! The hotel seemed brand new and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast first seemed simple but actually it beats many larger hotel chains. Fresh bread, toppings, fruits, muesli, cereals, boiled eggs, yoghurts, juices, coffee, tea, milk, amazing chocolate mousse desserts, croissants. On top of it, the restaurant served freshly scrambled eggs by order! Also amazing mountain views, plus a hiking path starting just next to the hotel (nice castle ruins with children's playground and restaurant on the top of the hill).

Great hotel north of Ljubljana with restaurant. Staff friendly, food good and great value for money. Our apologies for leaving without paying! Misunderstanding about Booking confirmation. We did come back 10 minutes later and pay.

People – the staff were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast – the selection was small, but everything necessary was available. Location – excellent, especially if you’re traveling by car; the surroundings are beautiful!
