“Great accommodation and location for a family beach holiday.”
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk from Smiths Beach which is a patrolled, family friendly beach. The house is well set up with two separate living areas, front and back decks, activities, plenty of books and games and a full range of beach equipment. There are no shops at Smiths Beach but Cowes is only a 10 minute drive away. Will accommodate six adults in queen size beds and four children in bunks.

With a booking like this, it is the little things that often make the difference. A holiday home which the owners call their happy place says it all. From the soap available in the bathrooms, to the coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets, it was all there. Great family holiday home, which outour adult kids all appreciated.

“Definitely a place to stay again! Perfect family stay”
Everything was spotless. A full set up for a family/multiple families. So many games for the kids. Plenty of outdoor space. Laundry facilities, fireplace, basic necessities included. We had such a great time. A quick walk down to the beach too!
