There was a loud party going on. We wanted to sleep, but it was nearly impossible. The room was quite ok, but the rest of building was dirty and smelled pretty bad.

Clean, affordable, good communication - we had a flat tyre on the way and we arrived late at about 22:30, the owner came 5 minutes after we texted him that we arrived. There are 5 rooms, we stayed in nr. 4.
