The location was good and having a balcony was a bonus, because without that sitting down to have a cup of tea or some breakfast cereal would have been quite tricky.

“Good value for money stay in a lovely little town”
We made a last minute decision to break our journey in Rastoke before a day at Plitvice and we were really glad we did. Our host was lovely and very helpful, the accommodation was in excellent location a short walk from the town and waterfalls, we had a small balcony with a view, a comfortable room, and off-street parking. We really enjoyed a quiet night with a beautiful evening stroll around the town and waterfalls and dining al fresco at one of the local restaurants.

“Country comfort rather than city grand”
We were given a warm friendly welcome by Darko. Our room was as described and appropriately priced. It was spotlessly clean and freshly aired, with our balcony directly facing the popular waterfalls on the Slunj river. The bathroom was a good size and was immaculately presented. The neighbourhood appears safe and secure with the only noise being that of the waterfalls nearby. There are 3 eateries within 10 minutes walking distance.

Great location. You can see all important parts of the city. Main part of waterfalls and river are right below the house, just walk down the stairs. Parking in front of the house in dedicated space.
