When we arrived we were so impressed with the garden areas, they were so well kept. The owner told us to pick whatever villa we wanted and instructed the caretaker to show us both places. She was very helpful even though she didn't speak English. Everything was stunning. Our villa had the most comfortable beds, and the whole place had a relaxing vibe. The outdoor area had everything needed for a perfect stay, a bbq area, plenty if seating areas, sun loungers, hot tubs, a swimming pool, and even a pond area with beautiful fish. Like the garden, the pool was very well maintained. The villa was spotless, and we had a perfect ending to our holiday staying there. In fact, we didn't want to leave. I would definitely rebook here and recommend the property to everyone

Been celebrating our class reunion here for 2 years in a row now. Extremely helpful and friendly host, villas are easy to find, everything was clean and tidy and well prepared. Would really recommend to anyone who is looking for a private villa in the middle of the forest.

Everything perfect: accommodation, customer service, location. I would recommend for active leasure lovers, cause there are many joint Cognitive trails along Kaunas Lagoon. Sauna and Hot tube is a perfect combination with the all-day-long hiking.

“Dream forest house”

This is a super wonderful house! 😘From window you can see the lake, near by the lake there have a beach, I believe in summer there better; from house straight into forest, 5min by foot there is minizoo, many deer are waiting your carrots🥕 ; 5 min by car there have 2 supermarket...The house has a great location. The decoration of the house is very new, very comfortable and clean. There are many small koi in the pond in the courtyard, and I think there may be frogs living in in the summer.😄 The courtyard is huge with lots of exercise equipment and even a basketball court. You won't be bored if you live here for a month. The host was very kind and asked us via message if we needed to warm up the hot tub; also gave us a free bottle of delicious champagne. We had a problem with our car when we left and the host was very friendly and quick to help us. Looking forward to my next vacation and I want to stay here again.❤
