“Exceptional!”
This was my third stay at Vila Austerlitz, there is no question that I find it an exceptional place! The staff is professional and welcoming, and we were met by a very nice staff member (who remembered us!) and taken to the room. We were given the French Suite, which was simply the best: a four-poster bed, lovely antique furnishings, a huge well-equipped bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. I loved the fact that the history of the property is provided in the room as are (various language) books on the Battle of Austerlitz. You truly couldn't ask for a better room for the night! There was a communal kitchen available (made use of the fridge) and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel is beyond compare, like being in a special castle/hunting lodge. The gardens/park are also beautiful, full of birds, butterflies, and lovely statues. A great place to relax and/or take a short walk. The property is also a short walk to the town center, which is nice to walk through and explore but (to be honest)...I wanted to stay in the hotel! It is that exceptional!

Simply phenomenal! We arrived much earlier than we expected (before the official check-in period) and it wasn't any problem. We were warmly welcomed. The rooms are beautiful and the villa has its special soul. It's like the journey to the past. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Even tough there are a lot of furniture and accessories, owners somehow manage to keep it really really clean. We felt great here and we will surely visit again soon.

“Incredible place but some rooms may be noisy”
Very nice interior, we have never seen anything like this before! It felt as if you were allowed to spend a night at a museum :) Beautiful furniture, the room was really spacious and incredibly clean! The garden is also impressive. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.
