Situated a 40-minute drive from central Copenhagen, this small, family-run hotel is located in northern Zealand. It offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Hillerod and Roskilde are both 25 minutes’ drive away. The modern guest rooms at Skjalm Hvide Hotel offer satellite TV, a work desk and private bathroom. Danish cuisine with a French influence is served at Skjalm Hvide’s restaurant. During nice weather guests can enjoy their meals or a drink on the terrace. Breakfast is served until 10:00. “Comfortable pleasant stay within easy access to work.”
The room was very comfortable and clean. Only thing it was in the roof area so the ceiling is sloping and for tall people like me I had to be careful. Breakfast was varied and fresh. They have an EV car charger point onsite (Monta).

“Great location in Danish countryside”
Location was great: just some km from Copenhagen, a modern hotel in the middle of a tiny Danish village founded in the middle ages. The apartment where I stayed was tastefully decorated, nicely situated in the garden and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
