“Adequate for one or two nights stay as a couple.”
It was fine for a two night stay as a couple where we could reset ourselves and catch up on washing after travelling. The facilities worked (apart from the kettle) which is all you need really. Shower was one of the most powerful I've had! The owner/contact was very amenable although we never met them.

One night stay. Late arrival. Nice hosts. The rooms were quite big, close to the road, but no noise issues inside. Coffee and tea were available.
