Gorgeous location overlooking the lake, and deceptively large house. The owner Svein was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had heavy snow overnight before our 6am departure. At 5.30am Svein and the local farmer were up clearing the snow from the road up the hill ready for us, lovely kind people..

Very nice place, clean with plenty of space. Car needed as situated a bit 'off track'. 5 min by car to all facilities, shops etc. Ski resorts within reach. Very helpful host. Besutiful lake view. Two living rooms - we used one for setting up a small Christmas house concert 🎅

The house is by the lake and the scenery was fantastic. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Its spacious. The owner is very kind and solve the wifi problem promptly. Svein also allowed us a late check out which was kind.

The multi-level villa was cozy, warm, nicely decorated and very clean. It was also well equipped and we used the kitchen to cook dinner every night. The views from the terrace and from the garden over the lake are breathtaking. Do not forget to go down to the basement from the internal stairs to enjoy the lake from ground level view. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Voss.

Amazing location by the lake and within easy reach of so many places of interest. Generous sized cottage with lovely views and ample bedrooms. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable. The lake is out the back door and perfect for a quick dip. The host was responsive and friendly. The washing machine was a bonus. Firewood appeared promptly (thank you to the host's lovely parents) when requested.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. To wake up looking at the lake is wonderful. We had awful weather, but it didn’t matter - we just kept taking in the scenery from every room. There is also a lot of space in the house, it’s very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. We met Svein briefly who was very nice.

Property is in a very good location and outside view is so good.

“Unbelievably beautiful”

The view was unbelievable. Even prettier than the pictures. The house was very comfortable for my mother and I. We stayed with the two of us, which was also nice to have more than enough space, but small enough rooms to feel cosy and all. Thank you Svein for sharing this beautiful place!

The property is nice, clean and modern inside. Lovely and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is superb - short drive from Voss and with the most wonderful lake views. Couldn’t fault our stay!
