“Extremely disappointing. Do not stay here!”
We were a big group of friends and family members who stayed in several houses in Voss and its surrounding area in the same time. We rented 4 holiday homes for our extended group and unfortunately this property was the worst one among the 4 properties. Even we finished our Norway trip with all the houses we rented in Bergen, Voss, Strand and Tromso, this property was a disgrace! All our group members who stayed in this property complained from the extremely low level of cleanliness that even the beds at check in were full of dust, the linen that we separately paid-for were not clean and stored in dirty containers. Bathrooms were poorly clean, pieces of trash under the beds, it was a real nightmare! We had to clean the home by ourselves from scratch to be acceptable to stay at, and this of course was not a satisfying thing for people to start their vacation with! I am pretty sure we have left the property at check-out 100 times cleaner than when we checked in.
