The stay was average, but the water heater was unstable — it was either too hot or not hot at all. The aircon was also not cold and the room felt quite warm.

Very cleen and good environment, especially the night front desk staff the lady,was very good hospitality and customer service,very satisfying with her helpful guidance Good job. Other than that the hotel was cleen and nearby for all the food spots and shopping.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was worth the money. The air conditioner was working fine, but the outer body seemed to be in slightly bad condition, so hopefully that can be improved in the future. Other than that, everything was great! Special thanks to Nurul, the staff who attended me—she was so polite and had such a warm way of approaching customers. Her friendly service really made our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely consider coming back again!❤️
