The hotel condition was very disappointing. 1. The bedsheets were dirty with black stains and marks. 2. The pillows were dirty and yellowish with visible stains. 3. The sofa bed was damaged, torn, and stained. 4. The towels provided looked very old and unclean. 5. The living room sofa was dirty and poorly maintained. 6. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were unacceptable.
