We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Private Room Niko. Niko and his family were charming and very welcoming, the bed was big and comfortable, the location was ideal - very central with a very good restaurant opposite where we enjoyed an excellent meal. It was a bonus to have free parking just two minutes walk away and a little patio area outside the apartment.

The hotel is in a great location, especially if you're planning a trip to Krka. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was just right for a short stay. Convenient parking and easy access to nearby attractions made it even better. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly host, room is nice and clean, location is perfect just in centre Parking is available Rooms are above the restaurant ,we didn’t try food but had a coffee and nice chat with Niko mother and sister before we left We will definitely come and stay with Niko next time when we visit Skradin

“Fabulous room central to everything”

The room was as lovely as it looks. Probably bigger in space than photos reveal. Very comfortable for a couple. Everything is new and in great condition. The bed very comfortable, at night total silence. Fantastic location its a 2 min walk to the Ferry to Skradin buk and a 2 minute walk to the location where you have free parking with this apartment. Niko and his family were all very friendly and helpful. I ate at their restaurant one night and it was good simple food, great size portion so good value. The only thing I would suggest is a kettle so you can make a cup of tea! otherwise fabulous and i would recommend and return!

My friend and I spent three nights in the care of Niko and his family. Very friendly staff and cozy little room with private entrance and fridge. It was easy to get around the cute little village and Niko was happy to advise us. We walked to the nature park, the route was really lovely, we recommend it if you like hiking❣️ One day we rented bikes from Riki's rental company at the harbor, and we experienced absolutely amazing scenery by following bike routes. Warm recommendation for this too!!😍 We were there at the end of October. There were very few other tourists, which was nice. Only the spectacular waterfalls were occasionally crowded. The sun was shining and it was a brisk +20°. The small alleys invited for walks and the restaurants and the people of the village were cordial. ♥️ Thank you Niko❣️

TV is like a mini theatre. Very well decorated. Location is prime. The host was very friendly and pi ked us when we were lost. Thanks 😊

“A wonderful place to stay in Skradin to visit Krka national park.”

A wonderful place to stay if visiting Krka national park. It’s a lovely room above a cafe in a quiet town Skraddin. The room had good amenities with a nice TV and a nice balcony. The room is perfectly located only a 1 minute walk away from the ferry which takes you to Krka national park. Skradinski Buk is a must see if visiting Croatia. Niko was very friendly and accommodating. He welcomed us and showed us to our parking. He was very helpful with our luggage and was informative about how to get to Krka national park. Niko was extra accommodating and allowed us to use parking space even when checked out to visit the national park. Would 100% recommend anyone planning on visiting Krka to stay at Niko’s.
