We had an amazing stay! Rudolf and Suzie were incredibly kind and helpful, always available for anything we needed. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed, and super well-equipped — it truly felt like home. The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

“Beautiful stay in Skradin”

We chose Skradin as our base for exploring Krka NP which from the apartment is easily accessible by either boat or on foot. Skradin itself is a charming little town. As for the apartment we really couldn't recommend highly enough. The location is right in Skradin centre and so close to everything you need. From the moment we booked the communication from the hosts Rudolf and Suzy was excellent. On arrival we were met by Suzy who showed us around the apartment and gave us loads of local information and recommendations. The apartment is set over 2 floors with both bedrooms upstairs, each bedroom with it's own bathroom complete with all the toiletries you need. Both bedrooms really spacious. There is a terrace on another level with the hot tub and outdoor dining area and private. The apartment has a lovely homely feel, very modern and has every amenity you can need. We were left milk, wine, coffee and little treats. The hosts really bend over backwards to make sure you have a good experience and nothing is ever any bother.

The facilities were fantastic, and we could not have asked for anything more. Location was ideal. Rudi and his wife was the ever consumate hosts, they could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend stopping here.

Exceptional accommodation and hosts. Spotless, well equipped, fantastic location. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Great place from which to walk to everything to explore Krka Park, Skradin Old Town and the waterfront/harbour and beach. Don't hesitate to book this.

Rudolf and Sussanah were very welcoming. They speak excellent English and Rudolf was there to greet us on our arrival and see us off on our day of departure. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location in the heart of the town, a short walk to the waterfront. The hot tub was a highlight.

The host was wonderful, and the location is ideal - right in the centre - and yet the property is tucked away, nestling in a very characterful area without too much noise. Beautifully appointed.

Rudolf was an excellent host. Friendly, lots of advice on local restaurants and how to get the best of the national park.

We had a great stay at this apartment! First of all, the cleanliness was outstanding — everything was spotless, like it had just been deep-cleaned. The apartment is fully equipped, honestly even more than expected — there were more things here than I have at home! :) The space is cozy and thoughtfully arranged. A big thank you to the host as well — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Location was lovely. Beautifully equipped. A real labour of love by the owners. The upstairs terrace and hot tub provided a lovely family area for the evenings.

Everything. it was such a beautiful place. The lake nearby was so so beautiful and fun to swim in. Rudolf is such a good host. He supported us throughout our trip. It felt like we were staying at an old friends place. The only whole neighbourhood is so beautiful. Lot of restaurants right beside the place.

There was a lock box but Rudolf met us to show us around the apartment (and had even offered to collect us from the airport). The were really accommodating despite an expected late arrival time between flights & transfer. They hadn't planned on having the hot tub in use as it's not really "in season" yet, but the cleaned it and got it going for us during our stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Skradin, Although it is above Rudolf's bar which may mean it is noisier in high season. The air conditions is a great advantage and the shutters mean the apartment is lovely and cool when you come back at the end of the day. Rudolf and Suzy were great hosts. Really attentive, lovely welcome gifts, a brought us a homemade Dalmation meat and cheese platter (with their own meat) one evening, and it was great to sit and chat over a glass of something. It is a shared terrace but the top end is for your use and is fairly private and a calm little oasis. Cannot rate them highly enough enough as hosts and it is such a comfortable apartment (the beds are amazing!)

“Brilliant place to stay if visiting waterfalls and national park”

The location of the property was perfect. In the heart of the town with everything a short walk away. The property was very clean and modern and had everything you could possibly want. Rudolf (the host) and his family were wonderful and so accommodating. The nicest people we met in Croatia and will bend over backwards to help out.
