Staff were brilliant, nothing was a problem and they did everything to make our staff a great experience

“Fantastic place to stay 👏😄”

Everything was great, especially the super helpful staff, special mention to Fabio and Katerina, nothing was too much trouble. Fabio even gave us a lift down to the town when we needed one 😄 We had lovely fresh cooked scrambled eggs in the morning, with bread, coffee, apple juice, fruit. The rooms were excellent, the kitchen had everything you needed and there was a nice seating area. Its a lovely and quiet location. The shower was nice and powerful. Also great was the hot tub and swimming pool. Overall 10/10 and such good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

“Location, location, location!”

Amazing location just minutes away from Skradin and Krka national park. Roski slap (waterfall to the north in the park) is about 25min away by car. Appartments come with an outdoor kitchen, place was clean and comes with airconditioning. The pool has a swim jet and along with the jacuzzi it's a great place to unwind after an active day. The staff are very friendly, easy to reach and quick to react. They'll also cater to your personal preferences for your breakfast, served at your door! They also sell their own award winning olive oil which we liked.

“Cosy for a 2 night stay”

The location near the waterfall is great but you are in the modèle of nowhere so it is good for a short stay but non longer than 2 nights.

“Fantastic stay in a great location”

The property was perfect for some downtime in the middle of our holiday and for our visit to Krka national park. Had everything we needed, great location not far from town and a delicious breakfast delivered to our front deck every morning.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were very flexible with our check-in time. The pool was well-maintained and a real lifesaver during the heatwave – we used it every day! Breakfast was great, with a nice variety of options, and the staff even asked us if we wanted anything specific included. A lovely touch was being welcomed with a glass of wine at check-in and receiving a bottle of olive oil as a gift when we left. Everything was perfect – highly recommended!

“Countryside location with Pool, but overpriced for size of too”

The location is a 5 minute drive outside Skradin and in the countryside. Very quiet location. We booked Studio at €120 a night, which turned out to be very small with only a small gap to walk around the bed and no room for luggage. However the outside personal deck area with table and cooking facilities was very nice. Pool and jacuzzi were great and our welcome from Katarina the co-manager was excellent. Her female colleagues were also great. Breakfast, delivered to your room was lovely and plentiful. The stay was unfortunately marred when my wife tried to adjust the outside pool shower head angle and the bottom of the post started leaking. She reported it immediately and I noticed the post was not in its housing properly and the locking screw was missing. The co-owner Fabio insisted it was our fault in some way, as ‘the screw was definitely in place before’. So my wife and I were accused of coming on holiday with a screwdriver, removing the locking screw and lifting up the post - in view of other guests - to vandalise their shower. Ludicrous and inappropriate! Would I recommend the site? Yes as it is run very well by Katarina and team and although rooms are compact, the facilities were great. Remember though that you need to drive to get to the town for dinner if you don’t want to self cater

Breakfast was copious and really high quality. I particularly liked the watermelon. A range of cheeses made it more interesting. Staying on a working olive farm was interesting and informative. Access to the National park was ideal. Plenty of parking was helpful.

Nice pool and hot tub next to the apartment. Breakfast is very good and the hosts make sure you have a nice stay.

It's very quiet relaxing and all in all cosy. The breakfast is served on each rooms terrace which is lovely in the morning.

The accommodation was really great, very clean and equipped with all necessities. We definitely recommend this accommodation! Close to the Krka National Park and the cozy town of Skradin. A big plus was the breakfast every morning as well as the jacuzzi (spotless).

“A little gem with an amazing pool close to the national park”

This hotel is a little gem, close to the national park. The rooms surround the pool and they have everything you need for cooking. The room we booked came with breakfast, which was exceptional, so much food which was brought to our balcony in the morning. The pool was lovely to jump into after a long day hiking and the hot tub was also an added surprise. The host was amazing and very friendly. This place is a little gem and would come back again

“Amazing experience in a secluded place. Would recommend!”

The staff was very pleasant and outgoing. We were positively surprised at the offers of wine, and the breakfast was amazing. The facilities were clean, and the pool and the jacuzzi were very very nice. Shaded parking is a big plus! We're coming back for more, very soon :)

Great place to stay to see the lakes, lovely little pool, three star and great value for money. Hot tub was great. Breakfast included was good and again with the money paid was budget friendly.

The Pool. The breakfast. The idea of the place. We stayed 5 days and were sad to leave today. Perfect stay for hot summer days.

The Laca family is very nice and friendly. 😊 The location is good for a couple willing to have a calm vacation. The pool and jacuzzi is great for relaxing, the outdoor kitchen is well equiped, the breakfast is tasty and served every morning on requested time. The apartman is small but cosy.
