“The most beautiful hidden gem”
This place is so beautiful. We had a two nights stay before a sailing trip & we were sad to leave it. The rooftop is a dream. Zlatko the host was so welcoming & also makes the most incredible gin which we purchased & drunk over the rest of our holiday. All in all it was such a lovely short stay & one of my husband & i’s favourite short break apartment rentals we’ve booked.

The host met us at the properties private car park and helped us with the bags, it was about a 3 min walk to the property up a narrow street (you could park closer for loading and unloading if needed). He had renovated the property to an exceptional standard, the terrace was stunning and looked over the old town. Everything was clean and well equipped (amazing shower!) It was located close to all facilities, we stayed 2 nights with the main purpose of visiting Kaka waterfalls- we caught the 8am ferry which meant we managed to look round & get photos before the bus loads of people arrived. I would highly recommend

The cleanest, best equiped and most good looking accomodation we have ever been to. It felt like it was built yesterday. Everything smelled nice, felt new and high quality. Space was huge for 2 people and for the price, the terrace was also lovely. House keeper was great we totaly loved his introduction to the city and the accomodation. Communication was excellent too. You get a free parking and a parking key.

Amazing holiday apartment in a great location with all you could want. Lovely position, very well equipped and a sensitively designed update of an old Croatian House. Great patio for sun and shade or a sundowner if you wished. Small supermarket within a few paces. The furnishings were top notch. Thoroughly loved it and would return.

Zlatko was an extremely gracious and informative host for the 5 memorable nights that my wife and I spent in his charming and cozy Skradin apartment. The ancient stone building that Zlatko himself masterfully restored and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences needed by a traveler, is a marvelous testament to his sense of professionalism and passion for his vocation.
