“A part of paradise”

We liked every moment at Eco ferme Tamalait! The place is a real paradise: quiet, very well designed and comfortable. The two owners are so kind and always ready to help, they are wonderful còoks also. We had a great dinner and delicious breakfast. The only thing we regret is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the hammam. We hope we can come back soon! Thank you so much for your hospitality

“A calm and amazing farm (cabin and food are great) in the wonderful Skoura oasis”

I rarely leave comments on housing but this place was just amazing. The cabins are inside a very large garden (a farm in fact) and each cabin is super nice. What we really loved are the outside spaces to hang out , read, have dinner are super nice. Then the food is just amazing: breakfast & dinners with the products of the farm are excellent. The owners attend you like family and you we wish we could have stayed longer. Also renting a bike to visit the oasis is definitely worth it !

The kindest, warmest hosts we could hope for. Such a calm, beautiful place to stay. We recommend it completely. The best food we have had in Morocco - especially the bread! The whole of Skoura is friendly, safe and fascinating. We stayed 3 nights and have left relaxed and very full. The brothers’ hospitality and warmth and our stay will remain a highlight of our family travels forever. Thank you.

Beautifully built accommodation and a lovely garden, right in the heart of the Palmerie de Skoura. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly!

This place is a hidden gem in the nature of Skoura. We experienced a heartwarming welcome from the owner Hicham. He’s such a hospitable host. The farm has many cozy spots where you can just sit down, relax with tea and enjoy the sun. They grow their own vegetables and fruits and have some animals on the farm. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to travel to Merzouga and need a place to rest for a couple days inbetween.

“Just book and go, you won't regret it!”

Brothers Hesham and Mohammed run their beautiful, peaceful guest house with love, generosity and thoughtfulness. It is their family home, lived in by their parents and grandparents, and it feels like somewhere that really matters to them. A smiling Mohammed picked us up from Skoura in the ‘Lamborgini’ – an ancient but serviceable Renault 12 and drove us 5km through palm and olive groves to their door. We were then greeted with a big plate of dried fruit and nuts, and Moroccan tea, and a tour of their smallholding. And the attention and warmth continued throughout our four night stay. They try to make sure you are having a wonderful time. Their home is full of beautiful objects and restful places to sit and relax. The Eco part actually means something – they care about doing things in a way that looks after the natural world and their smallholding is crammed with food being grown – which may well arrive on your plate. The meals are fantastic – the best we have eaten in Morocco. They also offer lovely trips to interesting places in the surrounding oasis, acting as guides, and they introduce you to their friends. On our last night it was another guest’s birthday, and as well as a cake, they formed an impromptu band to sing happy birthday and then performed some Moroccan music. It’s one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we are already planning another visit.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, and Hisham is an excellent host. He kindly ferried me into town and back from town on his moped. I was the only guest for two of my three nights.

The food was excellent – fresh, high-quality, and prepared with great care. We felt completely at home and honestly didn’t want to leave. The best hospitality. We had a very interesting, bespoke tour of the Palmeries. The dinner was outstanding! The most delicious cous cous with three different meats in a beautiful room of the bivac. Breakfast was also exceptional. We felt very cuddled and immersed in nature. The children loved it and played around the garden and the farm.

What a great experience! An amazing place inside the Palmeria. The host prepared for us a special candlelight dinner in front of the fireplace. He server us vegetables grown in his garden and he is a real chef! The rooms and the patio where in perfect Moroccan style, simple but beautiful and comfortable. We will never forget this Place! Higly recommended.

One night in this eco farm makes you fall in love with this place. The tranquillity offered, making one totally disconnect, together with the very warm hospitality of the hosts Isham and Mohammed, makes this a very unique place. Me and my son loved the place and were sad to leave. Highly recommended!
