“The best best place to visit”

Everything at Sunny House is perfect. It’s the second time we visited Sunny House and not the last. They are so welcoming and sweet. Everything is so clean and perfect and the food still the best you can get. The pool is warm and the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The couple who own the place will do everything to give you a fantastic stay and help you with everything you need. They make you feel so welcome. The view is stunning over the city. Can only give my best reference.

The location was perfect just outside of the centre but great for us as we had a car. The pool was a welcome feature. The hosts were friendly and provided excellent service.

It was….,simply amazing. Macedonian couple owns this place, really genuine welcoming and kind people. They work hard and put a heart into it. The swimming pool is very clean and the food is really tasty! The room is also comfortable and cozy.

“Horrifying.”

Stay away from Sunny House! We had a terrifying and very strange experience that needs to be shared. We arrived to an empty and dirty hotel in peak season, the owner was by the pool drinking already at 3pm, there were no other guests but he still gave us the smallest room, with two single beds for a couple, more like a child’s room, very very basic fascilites, the TV didn’t work, most of the plug sockets and neither did the wifi. I tried to relax by the pool for a while but the owner just sits there blasting loud music and drinking and doesn’t leave you alone. By the way, if you want to swim you have to ask him to do so. Things got weird when we realised they had locked us in by giant electric gates, we asked to leave to go to dinner and the owner kept asking what time we would be back, it’s a hotel?? Why does it matter? We shouldn’t able to come and go as we please. I’m seriously not sure why you would lock people in. We came back from dinner and at this point he was absolutely wasted and could barely walk straight. He started to be aggressive and kept asking stupid questions and asking for our passports, he then locked us back in. We told him we would go to bed and deal with him in the morning but we both felt extremely uncomfortable staying somewhere with an extremely drunk man, and no way of getting out and no one around us. So we asked to leave and stay elsewhere (we had paid and didn’t care about the money as just wanted to get out of there) and that’s when it got scary, him and his wife wouldn’t unlock the gate and started to shout and try to get into the car which I was locked in to stay safe. We tried to pull the gate open begging to leave at which point we started to drive out and the owner and his wife slammed the gate on our rent a car, damaging it. They were absolutely psychotic and seriously thought we might die there, the owner kept picking up heavy items to try and smash over my boyfriend’s head and then the car I was in.

An excellent place for a short stay. We were there to divide our trip to Greece on two days. Clean air, perfect view, pool, food, 600 m above the sea level - very important during the summer.

The feeling of a privat villa with a pool. Peaceful. Good location for hiking and is outside Skopje city which was what we liked . Valentina and her husband welcomed us as family . Helped us a lot during our stay . Really recommend this place

Relaxing place with nice view and lovely pool. Great hospitality by the owners. Good diner and breakfast. Perfect stayover upon arrival or before leaving through Skopje airport (30' away).

Just returned from a week at Sunny House. The hosts were exceptional they went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Food was beautiful breakfast exceptional and all other meals were delicious. Sunny House is a wonderful place to stay, hotel very clean and the pool was amazing. We are now looking to re book for next year.

We had only short stay but place is very beautiful, great pool, nice and clean rooms, owners are very kind and hospitable. To city centre Skopje 15 min by car. Thanks for prepering a breakfast for early morning:-)

“Sunny vacations”

The owners were excellent they sugest us some destinations and good restaurants. We were satisfacted about extremly delicius breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the location of the house up on the hill above the Skopje. The clean pool for chill out. You can rich the center city in a few min.

We loved everything. The owners are awesome people, the location is good, the view is beautiful and the breakfast was just perfect. Also, they have a really nice dog and a beautiful kitten. 10/10 will come back.
