“Good option in Skopje”
Walking distance from the city centre. Free parking outside. The apartment was big, with a separate bedroom, and was mostly newly renovated.

“Disappointing service and not as expected”
We stayed at the apartment for 5 days. Before our arrival, we had arranged with the host to meet at the airport for a pickup. In the end, no one showed up, and we only got a reply after several calls. The host then told us they couldn’t come and that we should just take a taxi, saying it would cost the same. The apartment doesn’t have a balcony or a garden which does not match with description. As you can see in photos below, the patio open onto a parking area. Also, the shower drain was clogged, which made it hard to use comfortably. There is a heating pad, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work — it doesn’t heat up at all. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not as good as expected.

A clean, modern apartment really close to the centre. It’s super-spacious and has everything you need for a short stay. All of the sheets and towels smelt fresh and clean, and there were lots of extras in the cupboards which was a great touch (it was below freezing in Skopje). The host was fabulous - I could contact him at any time and he replied within a few minutes. The apartment block is in a quiet residential area, and takes around 15 minutes to walk to the centre. Overall, a great choice if you’re travelling to Skopje!

Lokacija je super 10-15 min od centra, vlasnica je preljubazna i mnogo projatna zena. Parking mjesto Vas ceka ispred zgrade.

“Ideal for a large family or party of 4-5 separate travellers.”
Probably the best place we stayed in Macedonia (out of 6, all through booking.com). Property has two large twin bedrooms and the very large lounge has sofabeds for three more. Clean new facilities including properly mounted shower head. Large French window overlooks private small urban garden. Secure private underground parking space. Only met host once but he was there to meet us exactly as arranged. Two bathrooms!

The owner was not tactful, from the first minute he began to ask a lot of questions, I felt tension, I was not comfortable, he violated my personal space, forbade guests to come! It was very cold in the apartment! It left an unpleasant aftertaste! I do not recommend renting this apartment!

“Excellent”
Like the propoerty overall but it is still being remodelled. We had all we needed so werent bothered. Parking was available. The place was nice and area safe
