“Top Top TOP Hotel”
Amazing room. Very spacious and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for better. It had all I needed, thank you. The staff were great and very helpful. Location was great just 10 mins away from centre. Worth every penny. Well done Sienna, well done.

“Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to risk being left without a room in the middle of the night.”
Very bad experience. I booked and fully paid for the room through Booking.com, received confirmation, and when I arrived at the hotel they refused to let me in because they claimed I had paid too little. They told me to leave even though my reservation was confirmed and paid. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I do not recommend this hotel.

“Cosy, good value and customer service”
A very cosy pied-a-terre in close proximity to the city centre. It has all the little touches to make your stay comfortable including tea, coffe, snacks and complimentary water. The customer service is excellent.

The property is in a great location and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I stayed for one night during a business trip, and it was a comfortable and convenient choice. Free parking was available, and there were essentials and bottled water provided if needed.
