“Looking at the terrace from the locked door is disappointing”
We paid extra money to enjoy the view and reserved a room with a terrace. When we entered the room, we saw that the terrace door was locked. We reported this to the managers, one manager said that it was not opened because of the carpenters, the other manager said that they locked it in the winter. We asked them to open it but we got a negative response. In short, if you are going to reserve a room with a terrace, you should ask whether the terrace room door is locked before going. Don't waste your money.

The location of the hotel was exactly where I needed it. Staff provided maximum assistance (and can speak Turkish). I was also pleased with the hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and airport pick-up.
