Location, furnishing and staff. The apartment has everything for a great stay. It’s comfortable even for 5 people, as it has a sofa-bed and all the bed clothes and towels you may need. Location is great, in a walking distance to the Macedonian restaurants and the main square. The host is extremely helpful, giving you clear indications before and during your stay.

We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend. We had a great time, the apartment is large, well-kept, clean, warm and comfortable. It has all the necessary services. it is in a strategic position, it is located near the Parliament, in a few minutes walk you get everywhere. Petar picked us up at the airport. He assisted us and served us in a professional and impeccable way, he was at our disposal, always kind, courteous and punctual. He organized a trip for us as a guide. “A Great Big House”

I booked this house after reading the reviews. Petar helped me until I came to Skopje. He is a very warm and helpful person. I would definitely stay in this house if I come again. You can reach the river from the back street. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the center. It is a quiet and calm neighborhood. There is even a Turkish coffee machine in the house. There are plenty of kitchenware.

We liked absolutely everything!! The apartment was huge, tastefully decorated and in a great location. The area was leafy and safe but a short walk from the river, the centre and some amazing bars and restaurants Our host Petar was super friendly and helpful and available at any time to assist us. We really appreciated his help We all agreed that it was incredible value for money We had a small VW T2 camper van and we’re able to park it safely in the garage area. We didn’t need to use it because everything was close by We can’t wait to come back

Location is great, short and lovely walk along the Vardar riverbank to main city square. Clean and warm! Host is very friendly and hospitable, he gave perfect recommendations on where to eat, what to go and see… parking is literally in front of the entrance!

... the location is right in the city center, a 10 min walk from Macedonia Square, very close to the Vardar river and many other turistl attractions, a very quiet area, and the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need ... and of course an awesome host

The flat is very spacious, in a new built, very close to the Government of Macedonia building. It was warm and comfortable, in proximity of the venue of my business. The sitting room is well furnished and comfortable for work and relaxation.
