Everything! The hotel and its staff were a cool oasis in the heat of the day. My room was perfect; the bed was ultra comfortable with coffee & water, great shower, temperature control perfect. Breakfast was good with some nice options. Used the spa once, steam room wasn’t working but both the jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. The staff were the highlight; always friendly, smiling and helpful.

A great, central location with lots of lovely restaurants nearby and close to the main points of interest. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. A superb bed and lovely shower! The highlight of the hotel were the staff, particularly Marija (who worked the morning shift) and Sanela (who worked in the evenings). Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was helping me to organise a day trip, airport shuttles, walking me to taxis to make sure I had the right driver, providing an iron, and recommendations for during my stay. They were friendly, polite, chatty, and would definitely be a reason to stay again. It can really make a difference as a solo female traveller. Thank you!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. Communication before arrival was prompt, friendly and genuinely helpful, making it easy to prepare for my visit. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Skopje, yet my room was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well throughout my stay. The room was stylish, well maintained and featured an excellent shower. I also appreciated having coffee and a well-stocked minibar available in the room, particularly after long days exploring the city when I was too tired to head out again in the evening. Breakfast offered a good choice in beautiful surroundings, and the spa was a real bonus after a day of sightseeing. Above all, every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, professional and eager to help.

Excellent location, can walk everywhere. Nice room and bathroom. Great spa for 2 people. Nice sunny location to eat breakfast. Big shower. Comfortable bed. Kettle in room. Lots of storage. Lovely flower displays in the hallways. Lovely artwork.
