The apartment is in good condition and in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Additionally, the streets feel safe to walk through, and the route to the center follows a main avenue.

“Comfortable apartment in Skopje”

The apartment was modern and comfortable with a balcony with table and chairs. A parking space was provided under the building. There was a supermarket (Kipper) opposite. A washing machine/fridge was provided.

Ivan answered all my questions. He was polite and helpful. He made my trip comfortable. Thank you.

Location and cleanliness were very important to me. The place was perfectly situated—not right in the busy center, but not far either. You can reach the center via a pleasant walk, and there are markets right across and all around the property. Plus, the cleanliness was top-notch

“Decent stay half an hour from the city Center”

The host Ivan , is super nice. He is very responsive and makes you feel very comfortable. There is a market right in front of the apartment. The apartment is about 2.5 kms from the city centre. It is easy to get there on foot or by public transport. There is a lot of construction going on around making it dusty. I stayed in the apartment of 3 nights. It was a decent stay .

Everything was great

Beautiful apartment. In a modern building, furnished and equipped very well. Owner is extremely nice and helpful, very easy check-in/out. Super clean. It has it's own closed garage. There is a market across the building and it's 20-25min. walking to the centre. I could have lived in the apartment for long term easily without absence of anything. It will definitely be my first choice again when I go back to Skopje

I can honestly say that whenever we plan on visiting Skoplje, I will certainly book here, be it one night or more. Communication with the host was very easy. Clear instructions on entering the building, taking the keys, parking the car in the garage. Location is great. Apartment was spacious. I highly recommend this property. Balcony was lovely.

I highly recommend this excellent apartment. Free underground parking with elevator for car. The apartment is very nice, well equipped, separate bedroom, balcony access from both the living room and the bedroom. I recommend visiting the city center, 20-25 minutes walk (after eating at Bratski Merak Restaurant)

The quality of people is great, the house is wonderful, the view is beautiful, the house is spotlessly clean, the sheets are beautiful, the bed is beautiful.I haven't seen Ariel brand laundry detergent and softener towels anywhere else. I've stayed in more expensive houses, but someone who has this idea deserves everything.

I had a very good experience at Ivan's apartment, in a building that looks very recent and modern. It was comfortable and the private parking is just perfect. The location was very convenient, rather close to the city center, and for a good price. I could do everything by foot, just leaving the car in the parking below the building. Ivan has been very available and answered every question ver fast, and he also fixed any point I could raise. He really cares of his guests, wanting them to have a good stay, and it is really very appreciable.
