I didn't like many things but the main was that the hotel is in the center of the capital city and the staff didn't speak on Macedonian language they refuse to talk on the official language in the country. Room was damaged and wasn't smell well.

The hotel didn't check me in their system but let me have an early check! Because of their mistake that I couldn't get into the booking.com to change that date of my stay. I found this out after I checkout and was told by booking.com. I requested a one day refund but they only refunded me 4.12 euro. I paid 40euro a night!

“Worst experience”
Absolutely not recommended! I arrived at the hotel around 8pm with a valid reservation. However, the reception told me that they no longer had a room available for me. Better avoid this place if you don't want to end up on the street at night.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. And all the staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms are perfect, breakfast is amazing. If I visit Skopje again, thus will be where I'm staying.

“The place to be while in Skopje”
Very nice hotel, well located (not far from the center of Skopje); Private parking available. Clean, comfortable rooms with king size bed and big bathrooms; water, tea and coffee available for free. Included in the price you can have a delicious breakfast on the top floor of the hotel, with an amazing panorama of the city. Absolutely recommended!!!

“Not recommended at all”
There were many problems - The front door were impossible to close, I was worried to leave my things in the room. There was a horrible smell around the room. Furthermore the room was really dirty. Finally I was offered to move into a new room, a little bit better. Not recommended!

“Pleasant stay”
The staff is very polite, welcome you with a smile and very helpful. Room was large, clean, good mattress. Breakfast was good (except the coffee, but their espresso machine was not working).
