Great value for money. The location is excellent, very close to the main tourist attractions. But the best part was the staff, they were really helpful and incredibly kind.

I already write my review. Excellent location top center of city. 150 metres from monument Grat Aleksandr from Macedonia. Food was excellent only for 10 euro. For second person they give us discount 5 euro. We was surprised from personal, Gjorgji was played piano for us, evergreens.

“If you decide to book, don't choose the prepayment option”

I am writing this review as a warning to other potential clients of this hotel. When booking through Booking.com, never choose the option to pay in advance. Although this option is available, the hotel is unable to handle advance payments properly. Yes, we all make mistakes, and the person who set up the profile on Booking.com made one too. That can happen. However, what was absolutely unacceptable was the unbelievably arrogant attitude of the manager or reservations manager with whom I had the "honor" of speaking on the phone. He absolutely refused to acknowledge that I had already paid for the reservation, and he did not care at all that I had proof of payment ("I don't care about your confirmation"). Instead, he kept repeating that the booking said "prepayment not required." That is true, but his world, "not required" apparently means "not allowed." Naturally, I refused to pay twice and went to stay at another hotel. If they manage their rooms with the same quality as their reservations, I certainly didn’t miss out on anything.

Everything, staff was excellent, very clean. TOP CENTRE location in pedestrian zone. Through the apartment, we pay parking only for 10 € per day, and with their parking card, we go in out without limits. First coffee is free, and each next one only 1€, for lavazza, illy, and burbone. Friendly and warm hospitality. We couldn't believe that for this promotion price we can have all these services.

The hotel doesn't work. When I arrived it was closed I called the phone number and they said they can't help but the main problem is they didn't close their hotel on the Booking.com system. That's why they got the payment but they are not working. Be careful it's kinda scam

I was surprised of hospitality. Great location. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is excellent with surprises, ajvar special homemade cheeses, buffalo sour milk. For a business stay, I was surprised with free Lavaza coffee and more. Thank you, I will book every next stay with you.
