It is a small hotel in the old bazar, hence very centrally located. Clean, with parking space behind the building. Breakfast is rather modest, less choice than on the photos but you won’t leave hungry. WiFi available.

Very unpleasant experience. Broken toilet, wobbly sink, no hot water. The advertised room with view of the city faced a blank wall.

“Great place, awful service”
Loved the location, in the heart of the old bazaar, but only 10 mins from the stations. Room was spacious, bed comfy. The building is in good condition. Could be an amazing hotel, but a few things let them down

“Great small Hotel in the centre of the old town”
In the centre of the old town, the AEN is a great location for exploring Skopje and the old town. Very clean and comfortable with parking available if needed.

“Great location, but low effort”
Location was great. In the bazaar with lots of places to eat nearby and also a grocery store close. Good that breakfast was included.

“Old Bazaar, Skopje”
The hotel has a great location right in the middle of the Old Bazaar. Very friendly staff and comfortable bed. Plentiful buffet breakfast provided. Walking distance to all Skopje attractions.

The location of the hotel was excellent — right across from the Old Turkish Bazaar and the mosque. After visiting the nearby tourist attractions, it was very convenient to come back and relax. The breakfast was also very good, especially compared to many hotels in Europe. Other than that, in terms of cleanliness or overall quality, it wouldn’t be considered outstanding, but the stay was pleasant.

“Good for budget but look elsewhere if you want comfort”
Fantastic location and a generous breakfast. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for our early airport departure.
