“Great location, great apartment and wonderful hosts.”

Whilst initially apprehensive, these disappeared after entering the apartment. Very well appointed apartment. Hosts live close by and were very informative and helpful. Close to city centre. We were only passing through and stayed for one night. Would definitely revisit for longer period. Skopje is unique and amazing.

The host was such a perfect person that she told us every single detail about the apartment before we arrive , so we could find and use everything easily. She always asked if we need anything and she replied as soon as we texted her. The apartment was also renewed and very clean and the decoration was so cozy. One night we cooked dinner at home, and kitchen tools were sufficient. The bathroom was also clean. And it was very close to the city center. I mean it's in the city center. Thanks for everything Martina.

“Best Host and Amazing Home”

It was a wonderful stay — truly one of the most welcoming and comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. Martina is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She contacted me via WhatsApp with all the details before our arrival, and stayed in touch throughout our trip. She went above and beyond to host us, I got sick before arrival at the airport and she was so caring and constantly checking and offering her help everyday during our stay. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than in the photos, spotlessly clean, and feels completely new. The location couldn’t be better — just behind the main square, within a few minutes’ walk from everything. We had rental car, and she helped us with the parking (it was paid but cheap parking, and very close to the apartment, made everything easier) We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. I’ll happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Skopje. Thank you so much, Martina — you made our trip truly special!

“Best host and house ever!”

It was the best stay I’ve ever had! From the very beginning, Martina was so attentive that I can honestly say she’s the most caring host I’ve ever met. Two days before our trip, she reached out to me via WhatsApp with detailed information, and from arranging a taxi at the terminal to welcoming us at the door, she stayed in touch with us throughout our entire stay. She helped us with everything related to exploring the city in such detail that it made things incredibly easy for us. On the last day, after check-out, while we were still sightseeing, she even took our bags to her own home just to make things easier for us. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than in the photos! You’ll be amazed when you walk in, everything is brand new and spotless. The location is perfect, just one street behind the main square, and you can reach anywhere within 5–10 minutes on foot. There’s also a bus stop nearby where you can catch a direct bus to Matka Canyon. We were extremely satisfied and only regret that our trip was too short. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends who are planning to visit Skopje. Thank you for everything, Martina, and I hope we meet again!

“Amazing Stay”

The flat was very clean, functional and perfectly located in a central area, close to the square. Everything we needed (and more) was thoughtfully provided, every detail was taken care of. Martina was such a wonderful host, she was very kind and caring from the very beginning, even before our arrival. She stayed in contact with us, welcomed us personally, and guided us from the parking area all the way to the house. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is located very close to the main square. It was a clean and pretty house. During our stay, Martina was very heplful. She helped us to check in early. She was always available to answer our questions. She gave us many valuable suggestions, we thank her again.

This apartment is really amazing! Position, very clean, services, view, you name it. It is very new and there is a fully working kitchen and complimentary coffee, tea etc. The position is perfect, few steps away from the main square and within walking distance to all the interesting spots in Skopje. There is a plus, we used Martina's transfer service from and to the airport. Very professional. We them we also organised two trips, one to Pristina and one to the Canyon. Worth considering, extremely good value for money, comfortable, clean and new cars. Highly recommend. Martina is always available to answer questions etc. you may have. The view from the apartment is very good.

“amazing apartment, kind host, excellent location”

AMAAAZING apartment in the heart of Skopje. Martina was an amazing host, she was waiting for us in front of the building when we arrived and when we left, she arranged taxi service for us to go to the airport. The taxi driver was also very friendly, polite and on time. Martina was always availible online on Whatsapp and she recommended some amazing food locations. The apartment is located in an old building but the apartment itself is renovated and amazingly furnished. The area around the appartment is very safe and a 3-minute walk to the main square. Convenient store is just around the corner and it is open until 1AM. Long story short, we reccomend the appartment and will definitely come back if we visit Macedonia once again.

Amazing host! The flat has anything someone needs and in an immaculate clean condition! The bed is super comfy!

Everything is great here, it looks good, its clean, location is great, parking is care free… everything is just right. Martina is wonderful and caring person and her heartwarming care is felt troughout the stay.

The apartment was fabulous. Perfect location with a great view to the city. Absolutely clean. The host was very gentle and helpful. The parking was very close to the apartment and easy to reach. Definitely coming back soon at our next visit.
