“Lovely and welcoming place to stay”
Super friendly staff who take care of you even after you've checked out to make sure you have facilities to use before you leave which I really appreciated. The room was cosy and warm. Nice breakfast.

“Comfortable stay, good staff, some minor tweaks needed.”
Well, it’s Skjervoy so your options are limited. But the hotel is really well located (where the ferries and busses arrive and depart, as well as most tours). The staff were awesome, friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were good, enough variety to cater for most (although I wouldn’t have minded labels on the various bowls rather than just a list on the wall. It’s an easy walk into ‘town’ if you need anything from the supermarket.

Excellent location as just in front of the harbour for the whale watching trips. The shops were only a short walk away. The property was warm and very clean. The staff were very friendly. The evening meals were very good. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable.

“Good enough among limited options in Skjervoy”
It's location was good - right in front of the bus to Tromso. I thought the breakfast was really good. The bed was comfy enough and you could heat up the room easily.

“Great value for money, great location.”
The Maritim Hotel is located right next to the harbour, perfect for us as we arrived and left by ferry from Tromso. We were worried when we arrived as there seemed to be a christmas party going on in the bar but check in was smooth and our room was quiet. The room was nice, bed comfy and shower very good. TV not tuned in to channels but on demand works ok. Lots of choice for breakfast, including hot and cold foods along with tea / coffee / juices.

Close to the harbour, staff were helpful , good variety at breakfast time , the view was superb.managed to get on a whale safari from the hotel who squeezed us on a trip that day due to ours being cancelled the day before due to snowy adverse weather conditions, breakfast was buffet style and plenty

“perfect base for skjervoy explorations”
The hotel is very conveniently located in front of the harbour. Buffet breakfast selection was a very nice surprise, especially if you take into account where the hotel is located. The room was clean and it is the only one in the whole trip with a decent humidity.

Good location, nice room and lounge area was really nice. It was also the base for my orca snorkelling trips
