“Exceptional staff”
The staff was exceptionally considerate, we were shown even to our modest 80€ room and offered to carry our bags! The restaurant on site was also good, with a list of 2 fish foods and 7 meats. We took the burger and the beef slices, 10/10 for both! Breakfast was modest but had everything you would want and the ingredients seemed to be top tier. Exceptionally well mannered and considerate staff, probably the best I've ever had which was really surprising considering our room price!

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Pollfoss Hotel as a winter getaway. The staff is very kind, professional and accommodating. The hotel has a lot of charm and the surroundings are breathtaking. We also had a great time at the spa. We would absolutely love to come again.

Room and bathroom are big enough. The bed is comfortable. We like the ground floor decoration. On the back of the hotel, you could see the waterfall and around the area many trails for hiking The apple in the breakfast tasted very well, as the best one in my Norway trip

A beautiful river out off the room window, and you can see it from the restaurant , very nice view. The hotel lobby is very Norwegian style. The breakfast is good and enough. The hotel provides charging stations also, which is very important for us It's a good hotel

“Highly recommended stay”
Very nice, cosy and beautifully decorated place. Extremely helpful receptionists. Fantastic breakfast buffet with nothing missing. The sounds of waterfall behind your window. Last but not least: outdoor jacuzzi and sauna (additional payment required) which we thoroughly enjoyed! Shame we stayed only one night...

The location was great if a little remote. Room was basic though comfortable, with no tea or coffee making facilities but these were available in the hotel reception area. Lights by bed had USB charging points which was great. The only hotel we stayed in over 3 weeks that had this! Evening meal was good as was breakfast.

“Lovely place to stay, with a warm welcome.”
Great welcome, warm hotel, beautiful food. The view of the river from our room was lovely. Fab USB charger next to the bed too, which was very handy.
