Clean and good rooms. The staff is very nice, kind and helpful . Good Wi-Fi connection. The hosts were really kind and helpful, arranging cars when we needed to travel onwards, kept our bags whilst travelling to khaplu barah moses peak treks and helped us stay an extra night ,We spent two nights here. It is possible to eat in the hotel

This hotel is an old property, but in a Amazing location in the middle of Skardu... the staff is very courteous and always there to help. Had a meal at their Pakistan and local balti restaurant, the food was excellent.

have been to this property since 2006 and have made this hotel my home in Pakistan I love everything the hotel offers to the guest from food to all the amenities. I love their food served in Pakistan Chinese Balti local restaurant . I feel so happy to see this property well maintained and standing still till the date which shows the dedication of the management in maintaining the property so well. I stayed 6 nights at Dewan-e-Khas and had a great experience. The hotel is well located, away from the main road, so it’s peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything in Skardu. The place is clean and well maintained. The host is incredibly welcoming, friendly, honest, and always ready to help with anything you need. There’s also a good restaurant on-site, which is super convenient. It’s also excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Skardu!

I have stayed at Dewan Khas Hotel twice. And came back again in December. It is in a very quiet place within the city. I have stayed in this hotel many times, especially in winters they have a great heating system, as most hotels in Skardu have no heating facility. I highly recommend ayub khan staf and his local Balti food and Balti prapro baly.

The room was clean, secure and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and the restaurant has brilliant food at reasonable prices. Ayab really helped me with drivers and translating for tour guides. My stay couldnt have been better.

The location in the middle of Skardu is nice. You can walk to most places within the town quite easily. There is a restaurant and while I did not eat the food, it looked nice. The Wifi (which only works in the restaurant) works quite well and the showers have hot water (though it takes a bit to figure out how the boiler works)

Excellent location. You can walk to all the major parts of the town. Nice restaurant. Good selection of food. Friendly staff. Accepts credit cards. Powercut is quite often in Skardu. The hotel has a generator.
