Usually if someone asks me to write a review I would casually ask AI to write one for me and copy pase but this time I'll use my honest words. This was the first time I travelled somewhere with my wife and this stay was worth it. We had a tight budget this place solved that our five night stay was less than some hotel's one nighter. The owner was such a nice gentle man he himself was available for our assistance every second of our stay. He arranged budget friendly yet comfortable transport for us even before we arrived and kept tabs on the driver and car throughout our stay. He even arranged one day carpool for us to basho valley. Now about the rooms. Room had everything one need to spend the night; 1) cozy bed with clean blanket, 2) clean washroom with hot water 3) window with mountain view 4) set of drawers to keep essentials and mirror. I highly recommend the place.

The homemade food is the real star it is absolutely perfect, delicious, and reminds me of the warmth of a family kitchen back home. The location is very convenient for exploring, yet the rooms remain a peaceful sanctuary with beds so comfortable they are hard to leave! It is a truly family-friendly environment that I would recommend to any traveler looking for comfort and authentic flavor.

“Safe and comfortable Room , Memorable Stay”

I was a solo female traveller traveling from China. I was initally staying at a place next to this guest house. That hotel rooms were not clean, wifi was very patchy and then i sifted to this Guest House, HikkInn. Everything from room to the transport service was just on point. The hosts were amazing, went out of their way to make me feel home and comfortable. Delicious Food, Speed wifi, safe, secure, peaceful, and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Skardu. Thank you for everything Mr. Tahir.

I had my flight to Skardu and was to stay in Skardu for one night before departing for Hunza. The place was just perfect. Amazing staff, beautiful garden, delicious meal. I was bit worried about internet as i have to manage my store online but the internet was as perfect actually better than Lahore. Mr. Tahir stayed in touch with me through out before my flight and was kind enough to check on me even after i check out was traveling towards Hunza. 10/10 recommended.

The staff was very attentive to our needs. A staff accompanied me to Manthol Rock Buddha and asked if I had any requests. We chose our meals from the menu and had room service delivered to our room at the time we wanted. Sometimes when there was a power outage, they would come to my room to ask us. There was also a hot shower.

Neat and clean, good value for money and good place for famtily to live. The owner himself was very helpful. Our check out time was early in morning owner himself came to ensure everything went smoothly.

The family that runs this hotel are wonderful. Anything I needed, they helped me with. Friendly, warm, honest people. Lots of interesting conversations with them in the garden too.

Very homely place and cooperative management. It's a hidden gem in Skardu. While earlier I have been guests to top pakistani chain in my visit to GB. This time, this place just exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Syed is an incredible host, he really cares for his guests and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible - even to the point of making us dinners that weren't on the menu and planning our days so we were able to make the most of our time there. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the views were to die for
