Very clean and finished to a high spec. Comfortable beds and pleasent living space in the executive room, set-up in a cosy guest house. Nice complementary breakfast too.

Amazing guest house. Felt like home. Staff are very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this for your holiday. Food cooked fresh for us was very tasty. Relaxed and breathtaking views of mountains from your balcony.

“Beautiful experience overall”
We went as a group of 4. These guys showed great hospitality. The decor inside was beautiful and was very clean. If I come to Skardu again (which I will as it’s soo beautiful) I will definitely be staying here again :)

“Luxury and lavish”
Very nice hotel. House is five star. Great facilities. Ali Shah brother is very polite and helpful. I recommend everyone to stay here and I will stay here whenever I can.

Very nice accommodation and more than Faster Hotels and here Mohammad Ali Shah Sahib is very helpful food here is amazing and service is amazing cleanliness is amazing and towels bed sheets in the rooms all that is more than a one five star place. All friends are requested to stay here and enjoy more than home and five star

“Excelllent stay. A palatial experience”
The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and tasty and the presentation was inspiring. I forgot my phone charger and it was posted onto me in Islamabad. Highly recommended.

“Amazing luxury suite”
Arish doesn't have luxury in it's name for nothing. We booked the executive suite and it was amazing. - lots of powerplugs - lots of space, beds, sofas, tables, closets. - it has captivating interior aswell - warm water! - safe, tv, good internet, own breakfast corner in the spacious rooms, fridge. - friendly staff, i you need anything they get on it immediatly. Provide services like driver, breakfast and iron to use.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, hot water, electricity available all the time, driver availability, spacious rooms and very cooperative staff. Tea was also great.

“A fantastic place to stay”
The luxury suite is very luxurious! Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, great shower, couches, refrigerator and dining table and chairs. Aircon/heating. Everything works perfectly. There is a kitchen available for use and an excellent restaurant with delicious meals and room service. The staff are kind and helpful. They can advise the best places to see and there is a fabulous car and driver available to hire. We loved our stay!

“Hassle Free Stay”
We stayed for 4 days from Nov 8-11, 2023. Facilities were absolutely great. Staff was very helpful. I booked Deluxe room. It was comfy and elegant. Heater is available round the clock. Warm water is also available all the time. I would recommend this place if you want to have a comfortable and hassle free stay. Room : 10/10 Washrooms: 10/10 Warm Water available. Clean washrooms. All basic necessities were available. Wifi : Yes (Good Bandwidth) Breakfast: Yes (Complimentary. It was good. ) Lunch/Dinner: Didn't try. We mainly wanted to try the local shops nearby. Staff: Excellent. A person was always available at reception. Super helpful and polite people. Transport: We requested the Hotel to arrange a car for 3 days. We didn't had to worry about transport. They driver kept connected on the phone, picked us from the airport and guided us for each days travel in a very professional manner.
