We stayed here as our first port of call on a three week trip around some islands. Large apartment in a quiet location with a pool a few yards from our door. Only a short walk to the port for eating out. Gerry, our host was kind, friendly and laid back. He also picked us up at the port and delivered us back at the end of our stay. Loved it!

This is a very centrally located hotel run by a family. Jerry and his father are passionate about their business and you feel this every moment. Rooms are nicely arranged with access to garden and privacy and with a lot of space inside. We got figs at our garden table every morning and got very good tips from Jerry when we needed to move around in Patmos. We would definitely come again at our next trip.

The roomy apartment was located in a beautiful garden setting. Accommodation was in a quiet part of town but still only 10 minute walk to the port. Wonderful clean and sizeable swimming pool and extremely helpful hosts.

The most beautiful house in the most beautiful place. The most amazing house with the lovely quiet pool, to swim or laze around and enjoy the gardens. 8-10 minute walk to the Port and numerous restaurants. Yannis and Jerry are the perfect hosts, organising pick up and drop off to the ferry. They take so much care of the properties and the gardens, always working and watering and the gardens are beautiful. The houses are cleaned daily, totally spotless. Nothing is too much trouble and they made my stay perfect!

Patmos Garden is a very beautiful and well-kept complex with a great pool. the house we lived in was furnished with light blue wood to feel good. All was very clean. Patmos Garden is in a quiet location, within walking distance of the harbor and shops. The owners, father and son (but also Nina and the doctor from Leros) are very nice and helpful. We thank you very much for your help and support when my husband became ill.

This property is a little oasis on the island of Patmos. The pool and the garden is lovely. Everything about this place is relaxing. It’s only a ten minute walk down to the square.

this is an amazing place. the little self contained houses are lovely and very very clean. the pool is fantastic but most importantly the owners are superb. They cannot do enough for you. we have travelled Greece for many years but Patmos Garden is VERY special. First class.

Comfortable cool apartment for two. Good cooking facilities. Hosts gave free transfers too and from the port. Fantastic swimming pool - very well kept surroundings.

The apartment was lovely everything you needed in a clean and stylish space. It was really close to Skala so easy to walk in for breakfast or supper and on the way to the monastery so easy to ebike up the hill. Lovely pool and not too busy so didn’t feel like you had many neighbours. A fantastic property and location.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool is lovely and never crowded. The location is quiet but close enough to town to easily walk. Patmos itself is a lovely island with amazing history and sites to visit.

“Patmos paradise”

Brilliant stay and decided to extend at this fabulous property. Family of 5 with a 6, 2 and 3 month old. The apartments and grounds are kept at the highest of standards - with the big highlight being the gardens and pool of course. The owner takes huge pride in the upkeep and it’s ever evident with his son being a great help and super accommodating and really making our stay 🙌🏻 thanks soo much Jerry! Also key to mention is we stayed in 2 different rooms including the 2 bedroom apartment which included at least 3 air conditioning units and the best equipped kitchen that we have come across in all our stays in Greece. Lovely place and will visit again - all the best to Jerry and Yianni 🇬🇷✌🏻
