“A home from home where you are treated like their family.”

It was very homely and well appointed. Very clean. Everything we needed. Nicholas and his wife were the most hospitable hosts you can ever meet. Nicholas would regularly stop along the road and pick us up and take us wherever we wanted to go. He gave us many refreshments for free. He picked us up from the harbour on arrival and dropped us off on our departure day. Nicholas asked daily where we were going and volunteered to take us to the monastery and local beaches. He couldn’t do more for our stay and treated you like family.

The host. He and his sons were very welcoming and helpful. They were at the ferry terminal to greet us although it was not arranged and offered transportation to wherever we wanted to go in Patmos. Thank you Nicholas. We were upgraded as well. We had a wonderful time in Patmos driving around leisurely. So scenic and peaceful.

Probably the most memorable hotel stay we've ever had. Never met such kind hosts we kept telling Nicolas and his wife and sons that we felt like we were staying with family. Their generosity and kindness and warmth knows no bounds and their hospitality made our stay something we would never forget.

The properly is perfectly located, has parking in front and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay in this clean property. There is a magnificent and peaceful view of the port and chickens, goats and sheep in front and honestly it was amazing waking up to this during our stay. What a perfect place to stay. Beautiful, quiet location, with views towards the port. Nicholas and his wife were the perfect hosts. We were given fruit and eggs, plus cake on arrival. Nicholas even dropped us at the beach and to the port. It was truly an authentic Greek experience. Hope to return one day.

“Gorgeous vacay”

All was excellent, Nicolas brought us from the port to the hotel, and back. Not only he brought us back to the port but he also brought us to the moto rental the day after our arrival in Patmos and on the last day he prepared us a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect because the island is tiny and everything is easily reachable. The room is clean and tidied up every day. Gorgeous!

The accomodations are clean and comfortable. The position is very convenient, 10 minutes walking from the center of Skala. Nicolas is extremely kind and helpful!

Fabulous stay at Nicolas studio. Great location, studio very clean and spacious with lovely sea view. The family are wonderful, so kind, they thoroughly spoilt us with homegrown treats and even bought us a cake on our wedding anniversary. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again highly recommend. Patmos is already a wonderful island. But staying at Nicolas Studios made this trip even more amazing. Nico and his family are very sweet, friendly and caring. Nico surprised us every morning with fruit from the garden and eggs from the coop. When we didn't have a car, he gladly took us everywhere we wanted to go. He was very interested not only in us but also in everyone who stayed. We are very lucky and happy to know Nico and his family and to stay here. We can't wait to go back as soon as possible.

We were a large group of 8 people. Nicolas and his family made us feel at home. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us with watermelon and the next day they served us homemade delicious cake. Nicolas was very helpful in choosing beaches to visit and activities to do. Even though we were 8 people, he did most of our transportation with his large SUV. The rooms were clean and adequate, cleaning was done every day. Dear Nicholas, thank you for your hospitality. We will meet again :)

Located just 5-8 minutes on foot from the port of Scala, Nicolas studios is a great choice for your summer vacations. From the moment you will arrive you will appreciate the almost panoramic view of the port, the beautiful plants and flowers of the garden, and last but not least the feeling of calmness and open space-as around the property there are fields with goats, chickens and a couple of rabbits. In addition, our room was always clean and tidy with linen and towels renewed daily. The owners, mrs Theologia & mr Nicolas are the kindest people you’ll ever meet, always willing to offer fruits from the garden or a homemade sweet they have prepared. Already looking forward to come again!!
