Clean and comfortable

My stay at Byzance Hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine Greek hospitality and kindness that made me feel at home immediately. The hotel is impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained rooms and common areas. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable. The rooms are cozy, well-equipped, and provide a relaxing atmosphere for a perfect holiday. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The buffet offers a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, making it the perfect way to start the day. Every morning was a real treat. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the port, restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet the hotel remains peaceful and quiet. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the views of Skala. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend Byzance Hotel to anyone visiting Patmos. The combination of outstanding hospitality, excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast, comfortable accommodations, and perfect location makes it an unforgettable place to stay. I will definitely return on my next visit to Patmοs!!!

Fantastic location, two minutes walk from the boat, next to a very clean little beach, the bus stop, and the path up to the Cave of the Apocalypse and chora/monastery. Very convenient for our 24-hour flying visit.

Clean and location

Very clean and beautifully furnished room. Excellent location a few minutes from tavernas and shops. Several communal outside areas with seating. Friendly and helpful owners. Our ferry arrived early at 10am and our room was ready for us.

A wonderful family business, the location is perfect, you can easily reach everywhere in 5 minutes, the breakfast is wonderful, each family member is very friendly, we recommend it to everyone.

Our apartment was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect!

The location of the hotel was incredibly beautiful, very close to both the old town and the port. The breakfast was sufficient, thank you very much again for the bag they gave me as a gift when leaving. If I'm in Patmos again, I'll definitely stay at the same place.

My wife and I have stayed in hotels across many different countries, and this place definitely ranks in our top 3. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in room 28. The room and bed were spacious, and the bathroom was even larger and more functional than I expected. The balcony is a bit small — but hey, keep in mind I’m a guy weighing over 100 kilos! As for the staff, all I can say is: absolutely amazing! Super friendly and always smiling — such warm-hearted people. The hotel is incredibly central, so there’s not much I need to say on that front. But what’s worth noting is that despite being in the heart of everything, it's on a very quiet and friendly street. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Close to port and town. A modern, attractive room. Large modern bathroom. Good internet. Excellent buffet breakfast of €5. Helpful hosts.

“Travelling Solo”

Had a lovely couple of days at Byzance Hotel. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away. The staff were kind. The room was very nice with a small balcony and view. It was also nicely renovated. Good breakfast too!
