Anestoula & Ireanna are such good people and lovely hosts as to defy all comprehension. Room was spacious, clean, extremely comfortable, and was tidied one night into my stay. A variety of useful snack bits are in and around the fridge to keep you going as you tramp around the island, as well as tea, coffee, and spring water. I came in on a late ferry and the host made a point of staying up and meeting me personally at the port before running me back around the corner to the guesthouse in her car. On the day I left a very generous bag of fresh and warm cheese pies were left outside my window. Would come back here in a quarter of a heartbeat!

“Lovely old fashioned Greek hospitality”

We stayed at the Anestoula Rooms last year and returned this year because it is a very nice setting close to the port in a quiet backstreet with a lovely garden. The owner is very welcoming and attentive and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The feel is very much old style Greek hospitality, filoxenia rather than modern boutique luxury and that's what makes it special. If and when we visit Patmos next year we will certainly be staying here again!

Super friendly owner, everything went smoothly ( pick up at the port) and she also arrange everything to rent my scooter. Very clean and familiar, very close to the center of Skala and the port. We were only transitioning in Patmos and it was perfect.

The best part of this property was the location in the port town of Skala in a quiet street and the amazing and attentive hosts. The hosts met us at the port and drove us to the property making it easy for our family. The hosts provided us with as much information about the town and restaurants and gave us special morning treats during our stay.

The rooms are light and airy and in a quiet area a short walk from Skala. The house is surrounded by a lovely well tended garden and the hosts are very welcoming, meeting a very late night ferry to take us to the rooms and dropping us off on checkout.. Mother and daughter are great...

Anestoula and her daughter were simply the most wonderful people you'll ever meet. They welcomed us at the port in the friendliest way and often made our day by surprising us with tsouteki and tasty homemade pies. The property is super clean, with nice island decor and a quiet terrace where you can enjoy the breezy nights with a glass of wine. Best Booking experience so far!
