Lovely little hotel, needed to extend the duration of my stay by one extra night and staff were super accommodating. Great location right by the beach and Skala. The breakfast included was a great addition, set me up perfectly for my days exploring Patmos. Would recommend! :)

The location is good. The staff was helpful. The bed linens were clean. The price of the hotel was cheaper than the other available options.

Friendly staff. We had no issue with our late check-in (2 am), as we had called the hotel in advance.

Near the city senter of Patmos. Amazing sea view from the hotel . Friendly and helpful personnel! The room er have great size kai the. A/C was cooling down the room properly. Clean sheets kai clean room.

For Patmos standards this represents a fairly big hotel complex set up at 3-4 levels with sea views and an overall high aesthetic effect of the exterior design of the hotel complex. Each room has a balcony and the room interiors are very well organized making a very efficient use of space. I was surprised by the design of the room where indicatively I mention the bathroom which offered room for body , hair and other hygienic (i.e. shaving foam, shampoo, etc) that even 4 or 5 star hotels that I have stayed did not have. That is rooms are simplistic but with a very efficient use of space as well as amenities (i.e. number of plugs, drawers, etc). What the hotel did not offer is daily cleaning service where towels were changed every 2 days and trash pins every 3 days. What is the most remarkable aspect of the hotel is value for money. I would never expect such a price for such an overall experience in a similar to patmos (in commercial terms) greek island where normally prices for similar facilities at the period I stayed would be well over Euro 100 (approximately 70% more than the price I was charged) . I would definitely recommend this hotel at such prices

The location of the hotel was superb.. only two minutes on foot from the centre! The staff was very polite and the size of the pool was really big, too. The breakfast was also excellent!

Location brilliant, quiet with a very short walk to the main town, shops, tavernas, port and promenade. Pool was nice to swim in. Rooms clean and simple overlooking part pool/part sea. Having read previous reviews was pleasantly surprised. Reception lady Alice was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Alice :) Would consider a short stopover stay between islands early in the season.
