I can only say 1 super positive thing about the place - a la cart restaurant staff was fabulous! The rest of the staff members should learn from them. Breakfast was very various. The only thing maybe to keep some hot food actually hot, as already by 7.50 it was quite cold, except for fried eggs. Beach was nice, too.

Amazing place, just on the beach. Wide and comfortable. Very clean and beautiful. A lot of kinds of breakfast for every taste, very delicious. Taverna with fresh seafood just on the beach as well. Excellent kitchen! Very kind, friendly and working fast staff. Strongly recommend!

“A vacation turned into a nightmare”

This place should be completely removed from the platform. I arrived hoping for a peaceful holiday and left with deep disappointment, lost money, and an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The room looked nothing like the pictures: furniture was old, broken, and dirty, the bathroom was neglected, and the entire place was infested with ants, bees, and various insects – like something out of an abandoned property. There was absolutely no cleanliness. Not even the bare minimum. During our stay, the area was hit by wildfires, and our safety was seriously at risk. We had to leave early. The owner, Mr. Margaritis, promised to call us for a refund. That never happened. It was a lie. We were met with silence, neglect, and a total lack of responsibility. We lost our vacation, we lost our money, and we were blatantly ignored and disrespected. If you care about your health, your time, and your hard-earned money – do not book this place. What you’ll find here is filth, dishonesty, and an owner who clearly doesn’t care about guests. Booking.com should take action and remove this property immediately. It’s a disgrace to the platform.

“Terrible experience – ruined vacation! Stay away from this hotel!”

I had one of the worst stays ever at Thassos Imperial Resort. The rooms are full of ants, cleaning is almost non-existent, and the swimming pool is dirty and poorly maintained. The entire place feels neglected. To make things worse, the owner – a man named Margarit – operates unethically: he takes orders without giving any fiscal receipt, sets prices as he pleases, and the sunbeds, which should be included, are actually not. To use a sunbed, you are forced to spend a minimum of 40 euros at their bar, with ridiculously overpriced products. The worst part of my stay: we spent an entire night without electricity and without air conditioning. No apologies, no solution, no compensation. I had to leave the next day, losing part of my vacation, and the hotel refused to refund the unused nights. In short: my holiday was ruined because of this hotel. Complete lack of professionalism, basic services missing, and a management attitude that shows zero respect towards customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing location just on the beach. Very light, clean and comfortable spaces. Just near the hotel - on the beach - an excellent taverna with a fresh sea food, cooked on an excellent way and very quick, adequate and friendly staff. It's hard to leave this place!

“Just Perfect”

We had a really good time here, the staff was extremely comunicative and friendly, we had a nice welcome. The room was ok equipped and the internet was fine, not perfect, but then again it was better than most of Greece. All the hotel's spaces seemed very well looked after with good attention to detail. The beach was awesome, the bar was serving drinks and food on the spot, the staff from the beach was really friendly as well. We were really impressed by the breakfast, there was a lot of variety and within the resort there's also a very good tavern. I will definitely try booking again in the future.

The atmosphere in the forest studios was amazing, the view was unforgettable and everything as amenities, location, cleanliness was fine. The food in hotel, the beach and the bar - everything was excellent and perfect. Each of the forest studios includes everything you need to enjoy your stay. The staff members were more than patient, understanding and kind. We needed an urgent support from their side and they served it in the best way! I highly recommend to feel the magic of this place! Definitely will repeat next summer!

On a positive note, the bathroom was nice and clean, the towels were also nice and clean, and the room size was good. It was great to have a balcony with a sea view where you could enjoy relaxing drinks. We had some issues with the air conditioning and called the front desk, expecting a quick response. They did not come promptly, but my husband managed to fix it by resetting a fuse. When we called back, the reception mentioned that this was a common issue, and they would have done the same thing. The breakfast was nice but repetitive, and the coffee wasn't great, though there were fresh fruits and pastries available. The pool area was pleasant, though sometimes non-guests stayed there despite it being forbidden. The staff did their best to manage this by issuing bracelets to identify hotel guests. The pool and beach are free for hotel guests; otherwise, you need to pay between 20 to 25 euros, which you can use for orders from the beach bar. The staff can also reserve the best seats for you at the beach or pool. The pool is not very big, but it's clean.
