The host was very nice and friendly. It was very clean! The location is very good. You have everything in the house and a big yard. Closer to the house, there is a big store nearby, and the nearest village (6 min) has a fish market, so you can have a barbecue.

We stay for 4 nights in mid-July, family of 4 (kids 4 and 7 yrs). The room is exactly as in the photos. It was clean and comfortable, with the amenities described. The hair dryer didn't work, but the hostess replace it immediately. There is a parking place in the shadow, and also a hose if you want to wash the sand. The communal balcony in front of the room was very convenient to eat and relax, with feeling of privacy. We also used the board games there.The householders were discreet and always there smiling, tempered to help and give suggestions for the roundabout. The facility is inside an olive grove. The photos cannot describe how convenient is the communal open kitchen. There is a barbeque, electric kitchen hobs, fully equipped kitchen utensils, two fridges and a sink. All this in the shadow (even in the noon) with many tables. They even allow us to bring extra company for barbeque, and also the hosts invite us when they were using it. By the open kitchen, there are many swings and a wide variety of toys, that can keep children occupied while you prepare the meal. A great advantage was that -even when the sun was high- there is shadow from the olive trees, and a sense of relative coolness.

Cozy room inside, beautiful garden outside. Very close to the beach and to the big supermarket. Friendly staff, they helped us with everything.🤗♥️

Such a lovely little town with a great location – everything is within walking distance, from the beach to the local market. The nearby beaches are just perfect for kids. Anna, the host, is super friendly, thoughtful, and always ready to help. The garden is beautiful, and relaxing in the shade of the olive trees is pure bliss. Can’t wait to come back when we get the chance!

It was a very nice stay. The room is not to big but it's enough and confortable. The yard is properly for childrens. We also used the outside kitchen and the barbeque. The Beach and The supermarket are near the house. All of these maked our stay very relaxing and confortable. Of course, the host, Ana, was the personification of greek hospitality and we wanna thank her for that. If we decide to come back to Thassos definitly we will stay at Patroudis House.

The host is amazing. Anna is so nice and helpful, felt like at home. All facilities you need are there. Huge yard is great for kids, you dont need to bring toys, there's everything. For adults - very relaxing, spacious sitting area, barbeque...Large market is very close, 3min walk.

It is a perfect place to stay with your family

We enjoyed this elegant property, an olive orchard, with a variety of pomegranate trees and vineyard too, climbing plants and shady mixed green hedges surrounding the house. The hosts are discreet and pleasant, offering quality services and plenty of generosity. The kids playground and the outdoor facilities (kitchen, tables, swings...) made us spend a lot of time in the garden, rather than at the seaside...

Everything was amazing ! Patroudis family was very nice and kind . We kindly recomand this acommodation !
