Thesis Villas is much more than just a place to stay—it feels like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by how beautiful the property was. Nestled in a lush forest, the villa feels like a hidden paradise, surrounded by nature, sunshine, and refreshing shade. The private pool was perfect for a couple, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful atmosphere. The tall trees around the property provided natural cooling throughout the day, making even the warmest summer afternoons comfortable without constantly needing the air conditioning. The villa itself is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including high-quality appliances. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass walls, the views are spectacular, offering both a stunning forest panorama and breathtaking sunrises every morning. The location is excellent—only about 600 meters from the beach and very close to supermarkets, tavernas, a pharmacy, a gas station, and everything else you might need during your stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the cleanliness. Everything was spotless throughout our vacation. Sylvia pays incredible attention to detail, and it was always a pleasure returning from the beach to find the villa perfectly maintained. The villa is also ideally located for exploring the island. The traditional village of Panagia, with its authentic Greek architecture and rich history, is only a short drive away. Theologos, the island’s former capital, is also nearby and offers fascinating historical sites and delicious local cuisine. Finally, we would like to thank Kostas and Giota for their exceptional hospitality. They were always available, incredibly kind, and happy to provide any information or assistance we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more special.

The apartment was exactly as we imagined – beautiful, clean, and well equipped. It is located in a natural setting, where you wake up to the sounds of nature. We had great communication with the host, fresh towels, toilet paper, and a cleaned apartment every day, arranged at the time that suited us. Everything was more than excellent, rooms are very nice, very comfy beds and the above room with glass walls and swiming pool adds more value to the facility. Villas are placed at the base of a mountain, near the forest, with a very nice view from the swimming pool. Villas have fully equiped kitchen but you can also order breakfast from the host. The host waited for us at the arrival and provide the access (there is no key, rooms have digital lockers with codes). We kept in touch by whatsapp during our stay and everytime we contacted them with a request, they answered prompt.

excellent newborn luxury retreat !!! in two words…. discretion & tranquillity!!! This stunning mixed of concrete & wood villa nested on the seaside slopes of Golden Beach Bay, was the perfect location for me and my wife spending our summer vacations this year!!! The majestic private balcony with the infinity pool in the front, was the ideal place for us to relax gazing at the amazing view of the bay. what should we say about the hostess, Yota….. totally professional …. all the team was very discreet giving all their best so that we had a great stay. You will definitely be our first choice on our next vist to the island, guys… Thank you for everything…..

What can someone ask for from a summer holiday residence? Peaceful environment with a spectacular sea view? High quality setup? Privacy? Hospitality? Cleanliness and neatness? Elegance and aesthetics? I cannot decide which fits best to these luxurious villas! Wish I could visit such a resort more often.

Wow. What else can i say about Thesis Villas. I wish I could rate it with more than five stars. Everything is made out of natural materials such as concrete, wood, glass,handmade furniture. The mattresses and the pillows are extremely comfortable The view is unique. Private pools viewing at the bay. It's like you are swimming in the sky. Once in a lifetime experience. Thesis villas are perfect at every single detail. There is nothing like this in the whole Island. It's really a jewel.
