Overview
Our traditional ‘Willow’ lodges with hot tub and decking are set in an ideal location, to enjoy everything Meadow Lakes has to offer as well as being able to explore the best of Cornwall. Your lodge includes private decking with furniture for ‘al fresco dining, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, central heating, all linen, and towels. swimming pool and café (opened seasonally), private fishing lakes, laundry room, play barn for children and adults, small farm with animals such as Geese, ducks, Guinee pigs, ponies, donkeys, and goats. We also in peak periods hold ‘animal petting’ sessions. You will have everything you need for a super stay! Meadow Lakes holiday park is not far from St. Austell, where you have all amenities, such as large supermarket, banks, cinema, and restaurants as well as beaches in the near vicinity. The historic town of Charlestown is only 6.4 miles away, you can sit in the many cafés or take a walk along the harbor, which also boasts a beach. Mevagissey is just 6 miles away and you can enjoy the harbor, catch a ferry across the water, visit the Museum or aquarium. There is also a ‘Model Railway’, coastal walk, vineyard, and a traditional fudge shop. For the more adventurous why not try a rib-ride! We have lots of beaches not far from us, and Newquay with its golden beach is only 28km. The Eden Project is just 15km away, whilst Truro is 18 Km. If the temperature dips, turn up the heating, watch a film, play tennis or pool in our play barn or have a family game of ‘Connect 4’. Please ask reception for some board games!. We also have a selection of complimentary books located in the shop

I added my bank card for payment through booking.com. But I received a message that card isn’t accepted. The reason was the owner of property was trying to get the sum of 350 Euro. What a surprise! The room costs 157 Euro per 2 nights. The housekeeping staff told me to pay in cash. I payed and didn’t receive any document of this. I’m very disappointed of this.

It was very clean and right by the beach. Small but comfortable beds. Every day room cleaning and new towels. Very happy with our stay at the hotel.

“Bad experience”
My wife and I made a reservation for 9 days at the hotel. We didn't like our room. It was too small, shower curtain was broken (one part of it was missing), so it was really hard for us to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Also, the room looked shabby. The bed is too small for two adults and is not very comfortable. For all of these resons we stayed in the room for one night only and wanted to check out the next day. We contacted booking about it, because we wanted to pay for that night and to leave the following day. However, the owner didn't want that, so they charged us 50% of the total price for 9 days and we basically paid 308€ for one night in the room we didn't like.
