Great location, easy acces to the beach, clean room and friendly host.

Good location, but far from beaches The hotel is about a 35-minute drive from the ferry and located in a small village with several tavernas and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Although it’s close to the sea, we didn’t swim there as it was a bit far from the well-known beaches. The furniture and kitchen in our room were a bit outdated, but the sheets, towels, and overall cleanliness were very good. The staff was very responsive, and they answered all our questions quickly. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this hotel is a reasonable option.

The location was about 40 mtrs from the town beach.. and another beach close by, with a few minute walk..shops and restaurants nearby.

- The location was max 100m from Skala Maries Beach (where all taverns are located) and 5 minute's walk from Platanes Beach (which our kids liked very much) - The linens and towels were changed twice a week - It was pretty quiet and there is a parking space - there is also a balcony in your room and an area to relax outside in the backyard

“Great stay in Thasos”

We went to Thasos for the forth time and this time we chose Kostas Studios in Skala Marion because it was close to the beach that we love. And boy, we chose well! Kostas is like 200m from the beach (a 3 minute walk away) and It exceed our expectations (given the fact that it is a relatively low cost studio! Keep that in mind and don't expect a 5 star hotel here!). We had a very nice room that had a decent size, with a very big balcony, the view was pretty (we could see the sunset from the balcony every day), the beds where confy. It was clean, as they cleaned the room every couple of days, the place was quiet (and far enough from the noisy taverns, but close enough to the beach) and apart from mosquitoes (those are a problem all over the island) we pretty much liked everything. We stayed for eight nights, at the end of August, and everything went well. We had air conditioning but didn't try it. WiFi was free and working OK. Given the price paid I think it has a really good value. Definitely recommend!

“Kostas Studios is really a great place”

We are surprised by Kostas Studios. Perfect location, 1 minute to the nearest beach, taverns and shops. There are also e 2 other beaches (Atspas and Platanes) in literally 7-8 minutes walk. The whole property is very clean, quiet and well furnished. In the studio you got everything. Fridge,cooking top, toaster, juicer and all the possible kitchen utensils, glasses, cutlery and there is even an iron and hair dryer in the toilet. The room was a bit small but you are spending most of your day outside anyway. It was cleaned and all of the linens change every other day. Also the balcony is perfect for peaceful breakfast or drinks at night(there is mosquitoes around in the night, be prepared). The parking lot helps also, since parking your car can be a problem in Skala Marion. For the hosts we can only say huge Bravo. Really polite and helpful. Big thanks to Paulina for her assistance and help offered for our small situation on the first night.
