It offers a high level of comfort with two modern bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen where truly nothing is missing. The location is outstanding – set in a small, quiet harbor that feels peaceful and authentic, with stunning views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The spacious terrace overlooking the harbor is another highlight – the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset in the evening. Elli and Costis are wonderful hosts – warm, attentive, and always easy to communicate with. Their thoughtful hospitality, including two fridges filled with drinks, wine, and beer, made us feel genuinely welcome. Elli and Costis, you have created a small paradise, designed with perfect taste and so much love for detail. We are sincerely grateful for your hospitality and can recommend this house without reservation. We will gladly return!

“A truly unforgettable stay!”

The house is absolutely incredible – we truly felt at home from the very first moment. It had everything you could possibly imagine: from breakfast utensils to beach towels and so much more. Every little detail was taken care of, and everything was just fantastic. From the terrace of the house, you can enjoy an incredible sunset every evening. We couldn’t have asked for more. The owners are wonderful people – warm, kind, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Thassos!

This stylish house was amazing. The interior and facilities were perfect, and the exterior looked so good, people walking past were stopping just to take pictures. The view was also breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. All around a great place for a vacation!

“Best holiday ever”

The location was incredible, with the house situated right across from the sea. Most days, we chose to relax on the serene and peaceful Skala Kallirachis beach right in front of us, rather than visiting the more popular, crowded beaches. It is not only budget friendly but also more comfortable since you don't have to drive around the island. Plus, there is a wonderful bakery and a lot of tavernas around so you don't have to go far to eat something. The house left us speechless. The decor and intricate details were so impressive that we felt as though the space had been designed by an architect. The air conditioners were very functional, keeping the house cool. The beds were comfortable, with clean sheets and towels placed on them. Everything, from hand soaps to room scents were carefully selected from the best brands. We felt like the home was ours. The hosts are so sweet and friendly. They provided everything we needed and even gave us a new kettle as we wanted to make tea. They always responded to our messages quickly and thus communication was easy. They even left us a gift while we were leaving making us feel like we were saying goodbye to our friends. Shortly, everything was far from perfect, and I would recommend it to everyone.

“Feels like coming home”

The Sail House is a beautiful home on two levels, lacking nothing. Everything you need is there. You can see the dedication with which it has been furnished, with love in every detail. Costis and his wife Elli live hospitality and you can see that from the moment you get the keys. We wanted for nothing. The location of the Sail house is outstanding, directly at the harbour with 2 minutes to the beach. The view is great and the sunsets unique. The village offers everything you need. Small mini markets for daily needs, good restaurants and a bakery (sweet bougatsas are a must) are nearby. If you want to move around a bit more, we recommend a visit to Kalirachis (very beautiful and steep, small alleys). The walk to Ekklisia Metamorfosi are worth the view. A walk to the restaurant To Palio Klisma Fish Tavern is definitely worth it. You get the best food right on the beach. A big Σας ευχαριστώ once again to Costas and Elli.

“Just amazing”

The house and the hospitality of our hosts, Elli and Costis, exceeded our expectations. Everything was just amazing. The house has everything you need. It is furnished with great taste, the terrace has the most incredible view of the sunset. The village is small and very quiet. There is a great bakery nearby. We recommend Bar Crusoe, which is 6 minutes by car from the house, where there is a quiet and peaceful beach. Thanks Elli and Costis for the hospitality. See you again soon!
