Good breakfast selection and dinner (one evening). Staff generally friendly. Quiet rooms but hotel well placed for station and local attractions. Appreciated water point and ability to make tea/coffee.

Convenient location for the town and harbour area. Very comfortable beds, excellent restaurant and really helpful staff - particularly the lovely lady at reception who managed to get me a dinner reservation on a night when everything in town was sold out and the Croatian head waiter in the hotel’s restaurant.

Everything! We stayed in room 200 which had a sweet balcony and its own entrance. Room was immaculately clean and nicely presented. Can recommend hotel restaurant and special thanks to Karen on reception who was super helpful and welcoming. Breakfast also fantastic.

Lovely, clean hotel rooms. These were spacious and the beds were very comfy. Lots of choice at breakfast and this made the hotel good value. Very central location (a few mins from the station and lots of restaurants and shops). Staff were great and very accommodating. Nice to have tea and coffee available on the main corridor. Would definitely return.

Well situated in Skagen for the towns shopping, eateries and art museums. Hotel was freshly presented, large, neat and tidy rooms. Breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea in a communal area.

“Disappointing because of lack of minimum service”

Small but cozy room on the second floor. No help possible to get my heavy suitcase on the second floor and was told by reception staff that the lift was only for house keeping despite a sign st the lift it was suitable for up to 5 persons and since she was wearing high heals she could not help either. I had to ask a complete stranger to help me with the suitcase to carry it up and had to take several turns to bring e everything down when I was leaving. For this alone I would never ever return to this hotel or recommend it and I really don t think this hotel reflects well the usual danish hospitality.
