“Need more professional and refund the do”
We request for ground floor room because the hotel has no lift.The reception sent message us that she provide ground floors room. But in fact she provided the room type lower that we reserved. There was no amenities, very cold floor ,no soap, no hair dryer , no bath tub and small bed there were not the same quality as in detail .

We stayed in an Economy Double, the room was small but comfortable, the booking came with quality breakfast with a good selection. The room had a TV and a reasonable bathroom. We also enjoyed free parking both nights although this is not guaranteed.

“Very central location, restaurant meal was gorgeous”
Folden is very central located in Skagen, our room in 3rd floor was a little bit small, but still ok. We arrived 1 hour prior to check-in, but friendly staff checked the room and gave us the key. The light evening meal in the restaurant was larger than expected and tasted gorgeous.
