It is probably not the owner that this review is written but Novasol the third party and booking.com that get our lowest score ever . I made the booking threw booking.com which didn't say anything that sheets, toiletpapir, all soaps, towels and all cloths were not included and nothing that said how much it will cost extra to get . The only texture in the house was dirty cloths in a basket I suppose was ment for a pet. The family were there at 18 o'clock after a flight from Iceland. We called the telefon number at 18:03, that was given up if you need something, this number was supposed to be active until 20 o'clock. The answer was: we are out of office call back tomorrow and booking.com after we called them also tried to call them without success. So Booking.com asked for picture's that they received but because of the out of office thing they couldn't do anything until the day after. So we cancelled the booking so it took long time for us to get new house to stay in. We haven't heard anything from booking.com again but from Novasol we have in 5 emails where they refused to do anything for us and charged us with full price and all though we didn't stay at the house we got a check for electricity for 7 euros after 3 weeks. The emails from Novasol were all signed with 5 different first names, no family names and nothing to describe theirs statues within Novasol. Everything was very unprofessional and I don't want to have anything to do with that company again and I am still waiting for the answer from booking.com 😡😡😡😡😡
